Samtech Instruments (samtechlabs.com) ships laboratory equipment, scientific instruments and STEM kits to customers across India. This page explains our shipping charges, dispatch times and delivery timelines in full.
Shipping Charges

| Standard orders (small parcels) | Starting at ₹100, calculated by weight, dimensions and destination pincode. The exact charge is shown in your cart at checkout before payment. |
| Bulk / institutional orders (schools, colleges, tenders) | Charged at actual transport cost by surface courier or road transport, confirmed in your quotation before you place the order. |
| Fragile items (glassware, chemicals) | Packed with extra protective material at no additional packing charge; shipping as per weight slab above. |
Dispatch & Delivery Times

Total delivery time = dispatch time + transit time. Tracking details are shared by email/WhatsApp once your order ships.
Store Pickup (Ambala)
Customers may collect orders directly from our facility: Samtech Instruments, 63 HSIIDC Industrial Estate, Ambala Cantt, Haryana 133006 — Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm. Products on display in our store can be ordered and shipped directly to your address.
Returns & Damaged Items
Please report transit damage or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video to samtechlabs@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 8683 878 878. Approved returns are replaced or refunded after inspection. Return shipping for non-defective items is borne by the customer.
